DELIVERY
Monday - Friday:
All orders must be received by 1:00PM (in recipients time zone) for same day delivery.
Saturday:
All orders must be received by 10:00AM (in recipients time zone) for same day delivery.
Sunday and Public Holidays:
We do not deliver on Sundays (with the exception of Mother’s Day) and Public Holidays. Any orders placed for these days will be delivered either before or after the requested date . TIME REQUESTS
For local deliveries we use both a store delivery driver and external courier services. A request for AM or PM delivery can almost always be accommodated. Specific times and urgent deliveries can be difficult so please call us on (02) 43322750 for confirmation. Deliveries to a business address will be made during normal business hours. Deliveries to residential addresses may be made during and after normal business hours depending on when the order is received and the delivery location.
COST
The delivery fee for remote areas and some international orders may incur additional delivery charges. Should this be necessary one of our friendly staff will contact you prior to dispatching the order to discuss options or process the additional payment.
YOUR DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
It is most important that we are provided with the correct name and address and a contact phone number for the recipient. If being delivered to a business please include the name of the business. If you have any special requirements such as ‘leave on front verandah if nobody home’ we are happy to do so if the location is secure and sheltered. We will do all we can to find an address however couriers cannot be unfairly delayed therefore non delivery because of incorrect address details will incur an additional delivery fee which will be automatically charged to your credit card after we have made contact with you.
CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date no cancellation fee applies. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery a $10.00 cancellation fee may apply. For orders that have been prepared and scheduled for delivery a 50% cancellation fee is applicable.
ORDERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL
N:B - Children under 18 are prohibited from either ordering or taking delivery of any alcohol which has been ordered in conjunction with flowers or in a hamper.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Because flowers are seasonal and affected by weather conditions it may be necessary from time to time to substitute some or all of the flowers used in your preferred arrangement or bouquet. Availability will mean some flower types and/or colours may vary from those displayed in some of the images on our website.
Given appropriate notice we will make every effort to find the blooms you ordered but this is not always possible. Every effort will be made to contact you if we envisage any problem with the order and an alternative will be offered. If we unable to contact you prior to our deadline the flowers will be substituted with those closest in colour and style to maintain the overall integrity of the design.
Substituted flowers will always be of equal or higher value.
