Are flowers fresh? 

 

Without question.   We have market fresh flowers up to 5 times per week.

 

Will my flowers be delivered on time?  

 

If AM or PM - yes.   Specific times are not usually promised however, time permitting, we do our best.

 

How long has Pavalyn been established on the Coast?  

 

Over 50 years.   Not with the same owners of course but Pavalyn has maintained an excellent reputation on the Coast for workmanship and quality.  Our team is one of the best.

 

 

Absolutely!   We pride ourselves on having the very best florist on the Coast oversee/construct all bridal work.   With over 25 years experience, a certificate in Advance Floristry and a recognised teacher of floristry in Sydney, our senior florist is THE BEST.  Her design work is inspiring.

 

 

Yes.   For the local area the courier charges $12.00.   For areas that are more remote or what may be considered an unreasonable distance the delivery changes. We will call you on receipt of your order if the delivery fee needs to be increased.   The majority of hospitals, crematorium\'s etc are within the standard fee. 

 

 

Generally Yes however because flowers are seasonal and affected by weather substitution is sometimes necessary.   We will do our utmost to maintain the style of the design and colour combinations.  Flowers delivered will always be of equal or greater value.
